GDP Continues To Climb, Trump’s Springfield Speech Brings Confidence In Economic Reform

August 31, 2017

Yesterday, President Donald Trump kicked off his push for Republican tax reform – was it the sweeping reform, the likes of which we haven’t seen since the prosperous Reagan years, that Trump touted on the campaign trail? Well, it certainly comes very close.

On the campaign trail, Trump railed against the system in place, saying that his administration would simultaneously bring down the exorbitant taxes on industries and high-level employees while simultaneously closing the myriad of loopholes that currently exist in the overcomplicated US tax system; it is the combination of these two maneuvers that Trump believes would prove successful and advantageous for not only American industry but for American workers.

While Trump’s speech was drafted by Stephen Miller and did contain all the populist overtones that drive the base, the actual speech was sparse on details as the Administration scrambles to lay forward a plan that will pass in the RINO populated Congress.

Such being said, Trump did reiterate that he is “not surrendering anymore” to the officials who have thus far stifled his America First policies. While President Trump believes he will be able to adequately work with Congress, he did threaten, “I don’t want to be disappointed by Congress, do you understand me? Do you understand?”

Many supporters were released that despite the immense pressure this administration has faced, Trump is maintaining his pledge for the ‘biggest tax cut’ in U.S. history.

As the GDP continues to climb, economists and wall street and placing more and more confidence in Trump’s ability to lead the American economy with a clarity and strength that we have not seen in decades.
