Republicans handed another seat over to Democrats and the Republican establishment couldn’t be happier. The swamp creatures of Washington were not concerned with the American people, their focus has been on stopping President Trump’s agenda.
Post-election comments from Sen. Bob Corker Via Mediaite:
Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN), who thought Moore was unfit for the Senate even before the sexual assault allegations surfaced, told reporters that he was “proud” of Alabama:
“I know we’re supposed to cheer for our side of the aisle, if you will,” Corker said, “but I’m really, really happy with what happened for all of us in our nation, for people serving in the Senate, to not have to deal with what we were likely going to have to deal with should the outcome have been the other way.”
If Corker’s excitement of handing a win to a liberal progressive wasn’t enough, there were reports of the GOP holding closed door meetings if Roy Moore had won.

The report comes after nearly a month and a half of GOP establishment figures signaling they are willing to bow to Democrats’ demands and punish Moore over unproven, decades-old allegations, even if the voters of Alabama choose him to represent them in the U.S. Senate. Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), for example, refused to rule out voting to expel Moore if he were victorious Tuesday.
Other Republicans have gone even further. Sen. Cory Gardner (R-CO), chairman of the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC), explicitly called for Moore’s expulsion after he engineered an NRSC pullout of the Alabama Senate race soon after the initial allegations against Moore.
Senate Republicans will meet tomorrow morning to discuss next steps if Roy Moore wins tonight, multiple sources tell @LACaldwellDC and me.

The swamp is exposed, it is time for President Trump and Those Supporting his agenda to turn the heat up on swamp. President Trump’s agenda has hit road blocks around every corner and the Republican establishment is to blame. The Republican establishment’s road blocks have made it hard for voters to believe that republicans could produce when given power.
President Trump looked pass the swamp and kept his focus on the American people. The tax bill has been President Trump’s means of pressuring the swamp. The added heat has caused for new creatures to emerge, Marco Rubio, but has brought more of the country’s focus on the fate of the Tax bill.

According to the Washington Post, a Senate GOP source revealed that Rubio will oppose the Republican Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. Sens. Mike Lee (R-UT) and Rubio proposed an expansion of the child tax credit. Lee has yet to say whether he will oppose the tax bill in its current form.
If Rubio opposes the tax legislation, Republicans can only afford to lose one more vote in the Senate and have Vice President Mike Pence pass the bill through Congress’s upper chamber. Sen. Bob Corker (R-TN) revealed that he would oppose the Republican tax bill because of its supposed effects on the federal deficit.
For many, the road blocks placed by the swamp creatures is nothing new, but their opposition of president Trump’s agenda is growing. The swamp is slowly being drained and exposing democrats posing as Republicans, attempting to protect their corrupt ways.
