Attorneys for the accused illegal alien killer of Iowa college student Mollie Tibbetts filed a motion for a gag order Wednesday that would prevent government prosecutors from calling him anything but a “documented resident.”
According to the order, Cristhian Bahena-Rivera’s attorneys argue that he is indeed in the United States legally, that he was brought here as a minor, and that he has complied with his “documented status” since his arrival.
But the United States Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS) disagrees. They have no records whatsoever on Bahena-Rivera, and certainly none that would suggest that he was here legally.
In other words, his attorneys are lying.
