Pro-MAGA challenger Danielle Stella has emerged as the Republican favorite to take on Somali socialist Rep. Ilhan Omar for the 5th Congressional district in 2020, but the deep state of Minnesota is not making it easy for the upstart contender.
The 31-year-old special education teacher stands accused of retail theft, a crime in which she vehemently denies. Stella is undergoing court proceedings right now, and vows that she will clear her name before long.
