The Mueller investigation has now been going on for well over a year. The 2018 midterm elections are happening in a matter of months. Is it a coincidence that things are unfolding this way?
Paul Sperry, a political analyst for Investor’s Business Daily, says this is not a coincidence:
It's now plain that Mueller is trying to suspend disbelief about Russia "collusion" until Democrats have a chance to win back control of Congress and stop the investigations into corruption and political espionage the Obama FBI/DOJ engaged in during the 2016 campaign & transition

Mueller, as 2nd longest-serving FBI director in history, has a vested interest in protecting the FBI's reputation from further tarnish. His hidden agenda is justifying what they did vs. Trump, and by "they," I mean primarily Comey, Mueller's former colleague and "brother in arms"

He’s not the only one who has noticed. Politico reports:
Anticipation builds around Mueller as 60-day election window nears
The window closes next week for special counsel Robert Mueller to take any more bombshell actions before midterm season officially kicks off, and people in the president’s orbit and across Washington are watching with heightened anticipation that a final pre-election surprise could come soon.
