In a move that’s sure to make Nancy Pelosi giddy with joy, Trump signed the $1.3 trillion omnibus spending bill. At a news conference where Trump announced the bill signing, the President referred to the push to pass the omnibus bill as a “ridiculous situation,” and stated that he would not sign a bill like this again.
Earlier in the day, Trump stated he was considering a veto on the bill based on the fact that Democrats abandoned over 800,000 DACA recipients, and left border wall funding out of the bill.
I am considering a VETO of the Omnibus Spending Bill based on the fact that the 800,000 plus DACA recipients have been totally abandoned by the Democrats (not even mentioned in Bill) and the BORDER WALL, which is desperately needed for our National Defense, is not fully funded.

As we reported here earlier, this bill doesn’t fund the wall, includes gun control, and adds language that would allow the Centers for Disease Control to push anti-gun propaganda. During the press conference, Trump’s stated reason for signing the bill was that it provides funds to the military, and gives them a very small pay increase.
