House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) said Thursday that Bill Barr committed a crime when he lied to Congress.
Pelosi accused Bill Barr of misrepresenting facts during his Senate testimony about the letter Mueller sent him on March 27th.
“What is deadly serious about it is the attorney general of the United States of America was not telling the truth to the Congress of the United States. That’s a crime,” Pelosi said referring to the March 27th letter Robert Mueller sent Barr complaining about the media coverage of the finding of his final report.
“He lied to Congress. He lied to Congress. “That’s a crime,” Pelosi told reporters.
