Chuck Schumer defended New York Governor Andrew Cuomo and NYC Mayor Bill de Blasio, saying they have handled the Coronavirus pandemic well for the state.
He made the remarks during an appearance on MSNBC’s Morning Joe.
His defense is surprising. Even the MSNBC host pointed out that under Cuomo’s direction, nursing homes in the state were forced to take patients with Coronavirus, which led to thousands of deaths.
