Now that Elizabeth Warren is no longer in control of the CFPB, she is demanding answers from CFPB Trump appointee Mick Mulvaney. Yet because of rules put in place by Warren and Democrats, Mulvaney doesn’t have to answer any of her questions and he reminded her of this.

Acting Consumer Financial Protection Bureau director Mick Mulvaney has told Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., that he doesn’t plan on responding to her questions about the agency, and said it’s her fault that he is not required to answer.
