An illegal immigrant who worked as a public canvasser was still on bond for a shooting incident at a Maryland mall in January when police contend he gunned down a man in Olney on Monday.
The victim told police he was returning to a townhouse along Bantry Way after visiting Five Guys and cut through a parking lot, where he was confronted by a Hispanic male who exited a white, four-door Acura wearing all black, including a ski mask, WJLA reports.
