The struggling one-time media darling — who is currently at 0.0 percent in New Hampshire polls — was asked an awkward question by a Manchester Democrat picnic attendee: “Who are you?”

“Who are you? I don’t know who you are,” he said, wondering if O’Rourke was born with a “silver spoon in his mouth.”
Beto doubled over, laughing.
But his recent poll numbers in the state can only make him wince and grimace.
