The Department of Homeland Security has confirmed President Trump’s claims that there are bad actors mixed in the caravan “currently traveling through Mexico toward the U.S.,” with some having “significant criminal histories,” according to a series of tweets from spokesperson Tyler Houlton Tuesday afternoon.
