On Sunday, Breitbart’s Joel Pollak sat down for an interview with famed Harvard Law Professor and criminal defense lawyer Alan Dershowitz. During the interview, Dershowitz explicitly stated that George Soros asked Obama to have the FBI investigate someone for him and that Obama acceded to that request. He further stated that he had documentary proof that will be released during the course of an upcoming lawsuit.
During the interview, Dershowitz spoke about the way in which CNN mangled his argument during the Senate hearings on Trump’s impeachment, something he said justified a lawsuit; the fact that Roger Stone deserves a new trial because the jury foreperson lied when she stated that she had no strong political bias and knew nothing about Stone himself; and that he would leave the Democrat party if Bernie Sanders won the Democrat primary.
Regarding this latter point, Dershowitz’s beef with Bernie is Bernie’s hostility to Israel. What Dershowitz doesn’t acknowledge is that all the Democrat candidates and, indeed, the whole Democrat Party, are hostile to Israel. Whether it’s Bernie or someone else, today’s Democrat Party is the home of Linda Sarsour, Ilhan Omar, Rashida Tlaib, etc., and not Alan Dershowitz.
