Senate Democrats on the Judiciary Committee are working overtime to delay Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court.
Ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) is up to her old tricks.
On Thursday, Feinstein said in a statement to the feds that she “received information from an individual concerning the nomination.”
The New York Times is reporting: Two officials familiar with the matter say the incident detailed in the Feinstein letter involved possible sexual misconduct between Judge Kavanaugh and a woman when they were both in high school.
Feinstein released a statement via The Intercept:
“I have received information from an individual concerning the nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court.[…]
