Presidential hopeful and Democratic Party primary leader Joseph R. Biden Jr. allegedly subjected Anita Hill, a black woman, to “public humiliation and abuse” when she accused Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas of sexual harassment during his confirmation process in the early 1990’s.
