Former Attorney General Eric Holder recently staved off attacks from the far left and their desire to completely have open borders.
He was attacked specifically for his deportation policies while serving under the Obama administration.
For the radical left, Holder’s policies were viewed as too heavy-handed.
“The emphasis there was on people who had criminal records, people who posed a danger, a public safety risk,” Holder said in defense of the Obama administration’s deportation policies during a CNN interview last week.
“Democrats have to understand that…borders mean something,” he declared.
Throughout the interview, Holder disagreed with several of the 2020 Democrat candidate proposals to decriminalize border crossings.
