Unplanned is the real-life story of a young Planned Parenthood clinic director’s transformation into an anti-abortion activist, and it’s faced a lot backlash from liberals and pro-abortion advocates.
Twitter temporarily blocked the film’s social media account on its opening weekend, then reduced its followers from about 200,000 to 200, before reactivating it. The Motion Picture Association of America unfairly gave the move an “R” rating, the director recently testified to Congress, which banned paid placement of the trailer.
