Joe Biden may be giving up on his own candidacy, and certainly undermined his key argument that he’s the best positioned to defeat President Trump in November.
The former vice president was making last minute rounds on media in New Hampshire and was asked about the electabilityof Bernie Sanders specificially.

“Do you agree that if Bernie Sanders is the nominee that Democrats will lose?” host Willie Geist asked.
“I refuse to suggest any Democrat can lose,” Biden responded.
“I think we could run Mickey Mouse against this president and have a shot.”
The comment drew applause and a “Wow” from Mika Brzezinski.
That attitude is significantly different than yesterday, when Biden suggested Sanders’s self-avowed democratic socialism would be a liability.
