During an interview in India, failed Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton claimed that Trump supporters “Didn’t like black people getting rights,” and that they “don’t like women.” Clinton didn’t provide any proof to back her claims.
Hillary Clinton was being interviewed by Aroon Purie, who is the editor-in-chief of India Today Group, when she made the claims.
The claims were made when she was discussing her 2016 race against President Donald Trump. She claimed that racism and sexism played a big role in the results of the election.
“I won the places that are optimistic, diverse, dynamic, moving forward, and his whole campaign, make America Great again, was looking backwards,” she said. “You know, you didn’t like black people getting rights, you don’t like women, you know, getting jobs, you don’t want to you know see that Indian American succeeding more than you are, whatever your problem is, I’m going to solve it.”
Hillary Clinton also took a shot at middle America by saying she “won the places that represent 2/3rds of America’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP).” Yet she still lost the electoral college and the White House.
Hillary, once again, fails to understand why that happened. Americans in poorer communities were especially fed up with the status quo. Donald Trump gave those people hope that they could improve their communities. So far Trump seems to have done a pretty good job, especially with his historic tax cuts that have put more money in the pockets of working Americans.
