Former FBI Director James Comey is gloating on social media today, after it was announced that the Department of Justice will not prosecute him despite issuing a report detailing his extensive wrongdoing in plotting against President Donald Trump as a federal official.

The Justice Department’s inspector general released a report today showing that Comey broke department protocol and violated his employment agreement while working as FBI Director. Despite their conclusions, they have decided not to hold him accountable.
