Now that Joe Biden has finally announced his 2020 campaign, one of the first questions on the minds of many was why his announcement didn’t include an endorsement from former President Obama.
Joe was asked about this and said he asked Obama not to endorse him

Former Vice President Joe Biden said Thursday he had asked former President Barack Obama “not” to endorse him as he formally entered the 2020 race for the White House.
