When it comes to Joe Biden’s mental state, pretty much anyone who has been paying attention over the years agrees that Joe is no longer all there.
Even one of Joe’s own former White House staffers even recently went on the record about how bad he believes it has gotten.
You have to admire this person for his honesty in speaking out.

Joe Biden’s former White House stenographer said the vice president’s public speaking ability has deteriorated significantly since leaving office to the point where he’s “not the same Joe Biden.”
