Circuit Judge Holly Meyer ordered Hunter Biden to appear for a child support deposition next month, rejecting his bid to delay the trip to Arkansas until April.
Hunter Biden tried to delay traveling to Arkansas to give a deposition in the child support lawsuit filed by his baby mama Lunden Roberts until after key voting contests for his daddy Joe Biden.
But the judge wasn’t having it and scolded Hunter’s lawyers.
“He needs to make himself available and unless his hair is on fire, he needs to be in Arkansas and he needs to be in a deposition,” the judge told Hunter’s lawyers, denying their bid to delay until after key primaries and Super Tuesday.
