A citizen-led government watchdog group will get another chance to at a FOIA lawsuit request for Clinton aide, Huma Abedin emails on Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

Judicial Watch has reported on social media that they have been notified that a previously overlooked batch of emails will be released sometime Friday.

In his Thursday message, Tom Fitton, President of Judicial Watch said:

“We just found out that there are 2,800 Huma Abedin Government documents on Anthony Weiner’s laptop. The Documents were there because Huma was conducting Government business on Hillary’s illicit server,” said Fitton.

Fitton said that FBI was told there were government documents by Comey, on the laptop and moved quickly in “cover-up fashion”.

“The FBI realized there were Aberdeen emails and started processing them. They turned them over to the State Department. After sitting on them for the last 6 months, they are releasing them to us.” Fitton said in his message.

Fitton has been working for years to get a look at Abedin’s emails.

“We have had a lot of Abedin emails already. They show -Pay for Play. Clinton Foundation, Abedin, and State Department. There are crimes – you can not have classified information on a non-secure system,” he said.

In a past release of 725 pages of Abedin emails released by the Obama administration, Judicial Watch reported that more than 250 were 100 percent redacted, many with “PAGE DENIED” stamped in bold.

Judicial Watch said then that the Obama batch included previously unreleased email exchanges in which former Abedin “provided influential Clinton Foundation donors special, expedited access to the secretary of state.”

Judicial Watch added, in the May 2015 lawsuit, that in many instances, the preferential treatment provided to donors was at the specific request of Clinton Foundation executive Douglas Band.

“This is a disturbing development,” said  Fitton. “Our experience with Abedin’s emails suggest these Weiner laptop documents will include classified and other sensitive materials.”

Abedin had said she had no idea why some of her official emails were found on her ex-husband’s laptop, and she did not surrender the computer to State Department investigators when she turned over other government devices.

According to Judicial Watch The  Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit seeking former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s emails that were sent or received during her tenure from February 2009 to January 31, 2013 (Judicial Watch, Inc. v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00687)). The case is before Judge James E. Boasberg.

“We’ll keep pushing against this Deep State approach to transparency that protects Hillary Clinton and the corrupt Obama administration,” Finton said
