Joe Biden is polling decently for a man who just announced his intentions to run for president in 2020. He has two things going for him.
First, out of all the Democrats running, he has the best name recognition. Second, most Americans have forgotten what an awful candidate he is, although that will change the more he talks.
One fascinating trend that is already developing, is journalists on the left openly comparing him to Hillary Clinton, and not in a good way.
