The military is expected to deploy 5,000 troops to the southern border in anticipation of the migrant caravan in a mission dubbed ‘Operation Faithful Patriot.’
This is a large increase from the initial 800 troops reported last week.
According to the Wall Street Journal, 1,800 troops will go to Texas, 1,700 to Arizona and 1,500 to California.
