Gun controllers just don’t seem to quit.
Illinois Democrats in both the U.S. House and Senate have just introduced a bill that would establish a federal firearms licensing system.
The Blair Holt Firearm Licensing and Record of Sale Act would put the clamps on unlicensed gun ownership, while also mandating that people possess a valid firearms license when transferring weapons. On top of that, it requires a universal background check for all firearms purchases and transfers.
