NBC’s Savannah Guthrie played a clip of former NYC Mayor Michael Bloomberg claiming the Republican tax cut bill was a ‘fantasy.’
Guthrie then asked Speaker Paul Ryan if he lived in a ‘fantasy world,’ because that’s apparently what journalism looks like in 2017.
Ryan had the perfect response…

As I understand your argument, and that of your colleagues, you’re counting on corporations to take that money they now have and plow it right back into the economy, hire people, raise wages.” Guthrie said on NBC’s “Today” early Wednesday. “It doesn’t work if they don’t do that. Is that correct?”
