After losing an Alabama seat to a far left quack, Senate Republicans need all the help they can get.
After all, there are 51 Republicans to 49 Dems – once Jones is seated in January.
Now, Arizona Sen. John McCain won’t even be in DC when it comes time to vote for the tax cut bill.
From The Hill:
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) will return to Washington in January after undergoing physical therapy and rehabilitation in Arizona, his office announced late Sunday.
As a result, McCain will not be in Washington to vote on the GOP’s tax bill, which is expected to take place early in the week.
