Democrats look increasingly likely to name Nancy Pelosi Speaker of the House again, but her behavior during a Thursday press conference renews questions about whether she’s well.
Addressing reporters, the House Minority Leader flubbed named, said “again” several times as she repeated herself, suffered brain freezes, and was confused about the details a bill she supports.
Moments into her brief appearance, Pelosi gushed over the new members who hold her future in their hands.
“And they’re here now, in what is one of the most tranformative—,” she said, suffering a brain freeze, staring at reporters, “new members of— body of members of Congress.” […]
