Presumptive incoming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s daughter issued a warning to President Trump on Wednesday as her mother and other top Democrats met with president to discuss the government shutdown.
“She’ll cut your head off and you won’t even know you’re bleeding,” Alexandria Pelosi, a documentary filmmaker, told CNN.
“That’s all you need to know about her,” she said, drawing hearty laughs from two other panelists and anchors Alisyn Camerota and John Berman.
“No one ever won betting against Nancy Pelosi. She’s persevered,” her daughter said. “You’ve got to give her credit. No matter what you think of her, you’ve got to give her credit because she, think about it, think about all those presidents she’s endured, right?
“She was … the Bush, the Bush, the Clinton, you know, she’s been through it all. So she’s been around. This is not her first rodeo, as your friend George Bush would say,” she continued. […]
