“Pencil-neck” Rep. Adam Schiff doesn’t deserve to serve as chairman of the House intelligence committee, and he should be removed immediately for misleading the public about the Russia investigation.
That’s the gist of the “PENCIL Act” filed Wednesday by Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz of Florida, who highlights Schiff’s repeated unfounded allegations against Trump, as well as the congressman’s unnaturally slim neck.

“#BREAKING: Today I filed the ‘PENCIL Act,’ expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that ‘Congressman Adam Schiff should be removed from the House Intelligence Committee and his security clearance immediately revoked,” Gaetz posted to Twitter with a copy of the resolution.
The document points out that Schiff is among the “Gang of Eight” members of Congress with access to “America’s most sensitive intelligence,” and Schiff has repeatedly abused that privilege to deceive Congress and the country.
