Police in South Bend, Indiana are suffering from a major lack of morale. It stems from a shooting that happened in the city in recent months and the way the situation was handled by Mayor Pete Buttigieg.
To make matters worse, Buttigieg is too busy running for president to deal with this.
Law enforcement is not happy.
