Not exactly good news for the Democrat rush to ban women.
Overall, 53% of registered voters support banning transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports, versus a third who oppose such a ban.
The way the poll question is phrased is interesting.
“As you may know, Mississippi is moving towards banning transgender athletes from participating on women’s sports teams at the state’s high schools and universities.”
The wording is ambiguous. It’s not quite slanted, but respondents would be forgiven for not quite understanding the implications of it and coming out against it. And yet the numbers are decisive, but also interesting.
Men are more likely to support the ban than women. Not surprising per se, as women tend to poll somewhat leftward than men, including on this issue.
