School-Skipping Brat To Get BBC TV Series

There’s a great lesson here for the children of the world. If you cut class to play video games, your parents will be called in. But if you skip school and then claim that you’re saving the planet, you will get nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize and get your own series.

The BBC will produce a series about 17-year-old climate activist Greta Thunberg, the studio’s science unit announced Monday at its BBC Showcase trade show.

That should be “science unit”.

Thunberg is a teenager. She hasn’t been alive long enough to account for more than a few episodes.

“As she travels Greta meets not only leading scientists but political leaders and business heavyweights, exploring the scientific evidence with them and challenging them to change,” it added.
