Republican Senator Josh Hawley of Missouri has just introduced a new resolution to dismiss the impeachment charges against Trump.
Hawley’s argument makes perfect sense.
He suggests that if Pelosi refuses to deliver the articles to the Senate, that the Senate should have the power to dismiss them just as a civilian court would.
