The photographed handwritten list of things that were in James Comey’s office safe includes gems like “White Binder – CLINTON EMAILS” and “WMD Folder.”
The FBI released this list and other information from the Department of Justice’s scramble to get classified materials back from Comey in the days after he was fired as FBI director in the spring of 2017.
The words “Top Secret” were crossed out in multiple instances on the list, including in the space for “White Binder – CLINTON EMAILS”.
