Either way, DNC Chair Tom Perez suffered a Freudian slip on Monday when he said, “When we see that there are no guardrails in Washington, I mean, we know that for sure.
“There are no moderate Democrats, basically left,” he continued, before he tried to cover his mistake, “moderate Republicans left…”
“Careful,” MSNBC host Chris Hayes responded.
