Joe Biden has come under increasing pressure to tell the American people whether or not he would pack the Supreme Court as president.
He has consistently refused to answer the question, as has his running mate Kamala Harris.
This week, Biden gave an absolutely stunning answer to the question when pressed again by a journalist.
Biden said voters ‘don’t deserve’ to know his answer.
