Is Taylor Swift just another grandstanding celebrity, or is she about to commit voter fraud?
The pop star made headlines this week when she came out opposed to Tennessee Republican Senate candidate Marsha Blackburn, saying “her voting record in Congress appalls and terrifies me,” The Tennessean reports.
She condemned Blackburn for opposing gay marriage and the re-authorization of the Violence Against Women Act.
“These are not MY Tennessee values,” Swift mused.
She endorsed Phil Bredesen, a Democrat who backed Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation to the Supreme Court.
Swift urged people to register to vote, CNBC reports.
