President Trump has Maxine Waters spitting mad — if she could just get the words out.
The 80-year-old California congresswoman was on MSNBC last week when she suffered a wicked brain freeze just three seconds into her first response.
“Let me just say that this president is more than arrogant,” Waters began before pausing awkwardly.
“This, this president,” she said before freezing again. “This president, um, has defied everybody and everything,” Waters declared.
She went on to demand Trump’s impeachment and asked Matthews to hold a televised town hall meeting on the subject. He laughed and said, “Okay.”
It’s not the first time he’s glitched on cable news.
