President Donald Trump mocked “low IQ individual” Joe Biden on Monday, over what appeared to be him accidentally announcing that he is running for president.
The dig from the president comes after the former Vice President became tongue tied at a Delaware Democrats event over the weekend.
“Joe Biden got tongue tied over the weekend when he was unable to properly deliver a very simple line about his decision to run for President. Get used to it, another low I.Q. individual!” Trump tweeted.

Biden had been speaking to the crowd when he stated that he has “the most progressive record of anybody running for the,” before catching himself and saying, “anybody who would run.”
