U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley spoke to the Security Council on Wednesday about North Korea’s latest test launching of a nuclear capable ICBM that was claimed to be able to reach the entire U.S. mainland. Haley called out China for still supplying North Korea with oil as she warned the Kim regime of war and ‘utter destruction’ should it continue on its path threatening the United States with nuclear weapons.
