A Republican Senator is facing fierce backlash from Democrats over comments that he made at The Atlantic Festival.
“This is what happens when you go through a trailer park with a $100 bill,” said Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) regarding Christine Blasey Ford’s allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.
“.@LindseyGrahamSC is a disgusting excuse for a human being. He’s also a bully, a hypocrite, a liar AND most likely a criminal (guilty of accepting over $800K in illegal foreign campaign donations). John McCain — a true patriot and a real gentleman — must be spinning in his grave,” said former Obama official Jon Cooper in response to Graham’s comments.
