In a new unbelievable interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI) made the claim that Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh had “broad credibility issues” and implied that Kavanaugh should not be presumed innocent because of the fact that he is a conservative judge.
“I put his denial in the context of everything that I know about him in terms of how he approaches his cases. His credibility is already very questionable in my mind and in the minds of a lot of my fellow Judiciary Committee members,” Hirono said on CNN’s “State of the Union.”
Hirono told Tapper that there are several cases Kavanaugh has ruled on that ‘exemplify his..inability to be fair.”
