The New York Daily News has covered the latest commercial airline dispute. An Air Canada flight had to make an emergency landing in Orlando after a passenger had used a coffee pot to hold off the flight crew and tried to open the exit door. Yes, this had all happened while they were in the air and it did take other passengers to finally restrain the man. This gets even more interesting when his wife begins to stand up for her husband. Issues with airlines have had a great presence in the media as of late, and do not seem to be going away anytime soon. Why is this something that has so quickly become such a major issue? Will this become a topic that distracts our country from more important issues?
