Joe Biden did a virtual presentation on Wednesday and the White House live feed cut him off after he offered to answer questions.
This just lends credence to the idea that his handlers don’t want him to talk off script.
It’s already March and Biden hasn’t given a State of the Union address. This suggests that he is simply not able to do so and the people behind the curtain know it.
