Earlier this week, Congresswoman Katie Hill (D-CA) denied any wrongdoing after nude photographs of her with a staffer were revealed to the public. She attempted to put the blame on her estranged husband, who she claimed without evidence is abusive.
“The fact is I am going through a divorce from an abusive husband who seems determined to try to humiliate me,” Hill said to Politico.
“I am disgusted that my opponents would seek to exploit such a private matter for political gain.
