This is just laughable.
People have been leaving New York City and New York state in droves since the beginning of the Coronavirus pandemic. In fact, more people started to flee the area after the rioting and looting in the city.
Yet Andrew Cuomo claims the exact opposite is true. Does he really think people don’t know the truth?
