President Trump had some tough words for Mitch McConnell and other GOP lawmakers on Thursday, ordering the Senate Majority Leader to “get back to work” on repealing and replacing Obamacare and passing tax reform.
The President posted the demand on social media, chastising McConnell for “screaming Repeal & Replace for 7 years” but adding the GOP-controlled Senate simply “couldn’t get it done.”
Trump demanded he and fellow republican legislators “get back to work” for the American people.

President Trump warned Senate republicans earlier this month they should cancel their August recess until they advance significant portion’s of the administration’s agenda through Congress; saying they would be breaking a “seven year promise to the American people.”
